P4 GM
Hello everyone visiting P4. We are already well into our new academic year and are tackling new learning challenges daily. It’s a big step up from primary three with a new classroom, teacher, cloakroom, playground, toilets and even a new home time. We are starting to multiply and are getting really good at adding and taking away. We are going to get a chance to say our times tables before the end of the year. We are learning all about great adjectives in our written recounts to make our writing even more creative. Mrs. Willis leaves in some very interesting books for us to read and talk about in class and we’ve just finished a treasure hunt that we read about in our last book. We are also learning about places in the British Isles, getting opportunities to stick towns and cities that we have visited on our class map. We still find time to explore and build with art materials and building toys and we have loads of clubs to choose from to go to after school. From cooking to football or dancing to sign language. There is something for everyone. We are just about to start practicing for school Christmas production in the next few days so that will bring plenty of sparkle and glitter to the classroom.
