In Ballykelly Nursery Unit we are delighted to welcome Sophie, Millie, Tobi, Reuben, Amelie, Ada, Mia, Evan, Sophie, Rose, Joseph, John, Loghan, Alaina, Odhrán, Myla, Reuben, Willow, Finley, Bonnie, Jack, Oisin, Sophia, Eli, Emily, Isla and Billy to our nursery. We are all having great fun!
This month we have been very busy playing in the Home Corner, the Construction Area, Playdough Table, Writing Table, Small World play area, sand and water trays, painting easel and reading stories in the Quiet Room. We are also enjoying playing the musical instruments in the Quiet Room, especially the guitar!
We enjoy playing games with our teacher and this month we are playing the Silly Socks game. We are learning to take turns with our friends and we can match all the different colours of socks.
During the lovely spell of weather, we have been outside lots! We were busy digging in the Sand House, climbing, travelling on the wheeled vehicles, balancing, drawing, exploring along the paths and having fun in Rainbow Cottage.
It is so much fun and we are enjoying playing with our new friends - such a busy start to our nursery year!
